Jena Pouliot
Hello. I am a registered social worker who has experience working in the health care field. I understand the impact a diagnosis can have on families and caregivers and the challenges navigating the complexities of medical and mental health conditions. My experience includes supporting individuals of all ages, ranging from children to older adults, living with a variety of differing needs.
I believe that counselling can provide an opportunity for clients to experience real growth when they have a space to be heard, valued, and validated. I strive to support clients to identify their emotional needs and develop personal insights into areas for change, whether that be reframing thoughts, developing coping strategies, or improving communication skills.
I approach each client uniquely and provide support in a way that meets their individual needs. In my approach I utilize elements and techniques from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Arts-Based methods.
If you are hoping to deepen self-awareness and live in greater alignment with your values and purpose, connect to schedule a consultation. Taking clients in May 2026. .
